Terribly Disappointed

Unfortunately I have to write this review though I really liked their products. Not only did my items not ship out in the time outlined in my confirmation email but I have yet to receive a part of my package. Also, when I opened my jar of Sea Moss it was broken and cut my finger. (I have pictures) Super upset with the time and quality of my order.

As outlined in your confirmation order, it does state that the processing timeline can be extended around sales or holidays. We'll be sure to make this more clear in the future. We know you all want your goodies on time (this is good stuff!) and that is certainly always the goal! We wish we could hand deliver! We're surely working on the backend to improve processing times. We emailed you on March 10th to notify you that part of your order was shipping separately due to a label delay. Have you received it?
