Firstly, the customer service is the best I have ever experienced. After a lengthy vent regarding USPS I felt like we were best friends and 2nd cousins after our interaction.
Second, I wanted to give myself time to work through the started kit before posting a review. I have used the gels on my hair (plain) and as a tea (elderberry and the LGT) gel and I am a fan! Especially my hair, it was so soft after using it as a hair mask.
