In response to the last review- MossyMob did not provide any feedback on my photo

In response to my last review, where MossyMob claims I did not send them a photo of the product, I did send them a photo of the product. Apparently, it was not the photo they wanted, so they simply responded that “there is nothing they can do.” They did not respond about the dryness of my order, which was clearly seen in the photo, and could’ve contributed to the batch going bad so fast. They did not offer any tips or advice. Very disappointing.

The photo you submitted did not indicate dryness or anything abnormal about the product. There are no tips or advice to offer as your photo does not indicate there is anything out of the ordinary with the order you have received. Was a fan, but not anymore

I was a fan of this sea moss. I had ordered it several times. This last batch I received became full of mold very quickly. It was also so thick and clumpy, compared to my previous batches. I informed customer service, but they claimed there is “nothing they can do about it.” That makes it a waste of $40 on my end, because I had to throw the whole jar away. Just be careful about the batch you receive, and keep a close eye on it.
