You’re a smart cookie! You’ve got your sea moss gel already prepared so you are ready to GO!
Once it arrives to you, check your packaging to make sure it’s all in one piece. We package it SUPER carefully with cold packs and a plethora of bubble wrap. We only ship via 2--Day Priority Mail to ensure it arrives to you super fast and safe!
After you’ve checked your packaging, refrigerate it for at least 5 hours. Sea moss gel travels really well but you want to make sure it returns to its solid consistency. We soak our sea moss in lime as it’s a natural preservative. This certainly helps with maintaining the optimal shelf life!
Once it’s refrigerated for a bit, it’s time to get busy!

i like to try it three ways:
1.
Try a spoonful! Test it out. experience the superb quality, you know :)
2.
Add it to hot water. Once you add your tablespoon to hot water, stir thoroughly until it dissolves. Sip slow! You can add tea (I love to add fresh lemon, honey and a dash of cinnamon).
3.
Add it to your recipes. It’s perfect for soups, stews, anything, really! Especially if you have gotten the flavorless sea moss gel. It’s also used as a natural thickening agent so feel free to supplement in any recipe that calls for one.
Now, besides ingesting it, you’ve got a few other ways you can give it a try!
My other favorite ways to use sea moss gel is in a hair mask or as a face mask! You are about to be glowing from the inside out!
If you purchased the infused sea moss gel: All of the above applies! I would only recommend adding it to your recipes that the flavor of the sea moss gel would complement.
