      I canceled my subscription by email and on their website but I’m still getting orders. No phone number where I can call either. Been going back and forth with this company for over 2-3 months

      When you sign up for a subscription, you receive an email with all of your details on how to log-in. You should also receive emails about your subscription renewal which allows you to change your subscription.

      We'd love to provide more context as this may be helpful. You had to reorder because you input the wrong address. This was an error on your part. It’s unfair and misleading to leave a 1-star review for a product you have not tried because you made a mistake, without also acknowledging your error.

      You notified us that you input the wrong address after the order had been shipped and delivered. There were numerous opportunities to correct your address. The system sends multiple emails to notify you of your purchases, including the Order Confirmation that details both your billing and shipping address. A Shipping Confirmation is also sent that details where the order is being shipped to, an Out For Delivery Confirmation and Delivered Confirmation. We're always happy to update a customer's address, but you do have to notify us before the order ships.

      We're glad you reordered with an accurate address. We hope you have a chance to try the product and leave an updated review based on your experience of using the product.
